下载问题

删除下载未完成的任务后，为什么再下载任意文件，就会出现：
Sorry, your maximum number of connections from this IP (1) has been reached.

我明明什么都没下呀？？有时就算断网或重启，还是一样？怎么回事？

可能你ip没变，服务器认为你还连接着
