Transformers @ The Moon reports that Hasbro has applied for a new Transformers trademark. The trademark is for "Power Core Combiners" and is categorized as "toy action figures, toy vehicles and toy robots convertible into other visual toy forms".
It is not yet clear what a "Power Core Combiner" is. Could it be a new subline coming in 2010, or a new play pattern for whichever line follows on from Revenge of the Fallen?
