The two episodes were originally produced by the Japanese. By this sense, they are real. But if you compared them to the Japanese original ones, they are fake. Fake in the sense that they were reproduced by this Xiamen Company (with or without permission). The English dubbing (which I think was done by locals) is very poor not to mention the picture quality, too. There are chinese subtitles which are also poorly translated.
