C21Media.net is reporting that Cartoon Network US has officially commissioned Season 3 of Transformers Animated for delivery in Spring 2009. This is the first confirmation of Cartoon Network officially greenlighting the season, although it has already been revealed through people involved with the show that work was already proceeding.
