The two episodes were originally produced by the Japanese. By this sense, they are real. But if you compared them to the Japanese original ones, they are fake. Fake in the sense that they were reproduced by this Xiamen Company (with or without permission). The English dubbing (which I think was done by locals) is very poor not to mention the picture quality, too. There are chinese subtitles which are also poorly translated. I myself bought them to which I find them very disappointing. Take my words, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THEM.

I think it's probably fake. Most DVD sets in China are fake, and most transformable toys in China are fake. It will always be a wise choice for you to buy surely real Transformers' products rather than those inexpensive but unsure ones.
