A retailer in Singapore, has sent out an email announcing preorders for a clear version of Masterpiece Starscream, Masterpiece Ghost Starscream! Here is a copy of the email provided by 2005 boards member tarZen:

Dear all,

Preorder for mp-03 clear ghost starscream
Item will be released in End June 2010
No pictures as of yet.
Yen price: 10000yen

Ghost Starcream figures have proven to be popular in the past, such as the more recent Henkei release. Confirmation is still pending, so stay tuned!
以上内容是说，收到一封邮件关于MP新品的
在2010年6月底会出一款透明版本的MP03，目前没有图片。
至于是不是人们猜测的MP09还不得而知，官方并未发布该产品的编号。
该消息已被证实是假消息，期待MP补天士的人仍有希望。

曾经证实是假消息，但目前又证实确有其事
经过消息灵通人士说，这次的确会出MP GHOST  SS,而且是以亚洲限定版的形式发售，是由香港孩之宝代理发售，并且重点针对香港市场，也就是港版，不会用MP09的编号，但会用限量版MP-03G的特殊编号，并且很肯定的说如果需要的话可以进行预订，所以偶认为前段时间官方出来辟谣是故意为之。

We have received further information from the Singapore retailer who leaked the news that the next Masterpiece Transformer might be a "ghost" version of Masterpiece Starscream. The new information indicates that the retailer was the victim of a prank by a Japanese contact.

We repeat: Ghost Starscream will not be the next Masterpiece Transformer. The previous information was a joke between friends that was misunderstood.

该消息随后被证实是假的，只是朋友间的玩笑。
